Reminders

• Registration will cost $250, $300 or $350 (undergraduate student, graduate student or early career professional (ECP)/non-student, respectively). Any non-student 18 years of age and older is welcome to register! 
• Registration fee does not include travel to the camp, lodging and some meals.

  • Check out reduced housing option for $39 per night (2024)
• November 1, 2023 – Open application begins. Team Sketchapod will review all applicants to ensure diverse branch and section representation.
• February 2, 2024 – Best consideration for application deadline.
• February 9, 2024 – 1st priority open registration.
• March 3, 2024 – Registration open to all. 
• May 5, 2024 – Closed registration, payment due.
• May 24–26, 2024 – Camp is in session.
