How to attend?
- Register & Pay. Campers must pay a registration fee of $250, $300 or $350 (undergraduate student, graduate student and ECP/other, respectively).
- Registration fee does not include travel to the event, lodging and some meals. Click here for travel recommendations.
- Cheap on-campus housing available for $39 per night! You can purchase “Camp Sketchapod Reduced Housing” before you check out at registration. Any on-campus housing reservation purchased after May 5, 2024 (5PM CST) is nonrefundable.
Important Dates
- November 1, 2023 – Open application begins. Team Sketchapod will review all applicants to ensure diverse branch and section representation.
- February 2, 2024 – Best consideration for application deadline.
- February 9, 2024 – 1st priority open registration.
- March 3, 2024 – Registration open to all.
- May 5, 2024 – Closed registration, payment due.
- May 24–26, 2024 – Camp is in session.
